The only real question is "who are you?" That's the first and last question I need to ask myself everyday. On the days when I answer that I am a teacher (my occupation) or a parent (my other occupation), I am possibly farther from the truth than on days when I can simply answer "I am life" or "I am awareness". Sometimes I get so caught up in the daily dren that I forget to pay attention to my own aliveness. And ultimately, that is the answer to the question. I am a spark of aliveness, striving to be aware of my own existence as deeply as possible.
